BAU Business Talks’25 Received Intense Interest

BAU Leadership and Entrepreneurship Club held the BAU Business Talks’25 on December 9–10 at Bahçeşehir University’s South Campus, bringing students together with names from various sectors. Throughout the event, speakers shared their career journeys and professional experiences, while students had the opportunity to connect with the business world and leave their CVs through brand booths in the foyer area. The participation of figures from creative fields like Ufuk Beydemir and Aleyna Tilki attracted significant interest to the event.

Such meetings constitute an important part of Bahçeşehir University’s student-centered learning approach. Students gain the opportunity to acquire professional awareness, share experiences, and interact with the industry alongside academic knowledge throughout their university life. This approach also finds reflection in the university's new spatial and structural expansions.

BAU CAMPUS: A Historical Continuity Established by Education

The history of the area where BAU CAMPUS is located is based on a historical background directly related to education. Gazi Osman Paşa Mansion was built between 1879 and 1881 and was used as a school between 1915 and 1927. The building continued its educational function during the Republic period, but over time it was demolished and remained unused for many years. In the 2024–2025 period, it was revitalized by Bahçeşehir University and reintroduced into education, now hosting the university’s academic and experience-oriented educational approach as BAU CAMPUS.

This historical background offers a strong context for the current function of BAU CAMPUS. The continuity established through education emerges as an important element that deepens the campus's learning culture.
