The "One You, One Future" project, in collaboration between Zeren Group and Bahçeşehir University, has started its third phase.

Zeren Group and Bahçeşehir University Collaborate on the “One You One Future” Project, Which Has Started Its Third Term

Launched by Zeren Group to support the personal and professional development of university students, the One You One Future project has entered its third term. With the signed protocol, the program has gained official status for the new term, aiming to include 400 university students this year to better equip young people for the future.

The goals for the third term of the project were shared at a ceremony attended by Seda Zeren Adıgüzel, a Member of the Board of Directors of Zeren Group, and Çisil Sohodol, the Rector Advisor of Bahçeşehir University and Director of CIFAL Istanbul, UNITAR.

Multidimensional Development with Internationally Certified Trainings

The One You One Future project offers a comprehensive development program aimed at connecting university students with competencies required in the 21st century. Within the program, students benefit from internationally standardized trainings structured around communication, technology, sustainability, and leadership.

The training process is conducted under the umbrella of the “21st Century Leaders: Communication – Technology – Sustainability – Leadership Certification Program.” The curriculum consists of a total of 29 courses delivered through a hybrid (synchronous–asynchronous) model. The trainings are provided with the contribution of Bahçeşehir University academics, expert speakers, and the international educational consultancy of CIFAL Istanbul and UNITAR.

Students who successfully complete the program gain the right to receive an internationally recognized certificate approved by UNITAR, achieving a globally valid credential in their academic and professional journeys.

Training Has Started, the Process Continues

The third term trainings started on January 19, 2026. Participating students experience a multifaceted learning experience, supported by both theoretical knowledge and application-based content throughout the program. The training model offers a flexible structure that accommodates the individual learning paces of students.

This process aims not only to develop the individual skills of young people but also to raise them as responsible individuals who are sensitive to global issues and capable of producing solutions.

Hands-on Experience with the Dream Workshop

Students who have completed the first phase of the training program participate in the Dream Workshop held at Bahçeşehir University. In this phase, students develop innovative projects addressing social issues with the guidance of academics and mentors.

The Dream Workshop offers a hands-on experience that reinforces teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Students gain a consciousness for producing social benefit by transforming their ideas into concrete projects.

A Sustainable Future Model for Young People

The One You One Future project, conducted in collaboration with Zeren Group and Bahçeşehir University, provides university students with a development platform that meets international standards. The program, which has started its third term, stands out as a sustainable education model that aims to reveal the potential of young people and create long-term impact.
